The Service
slatePDF lets you create documents such as invoices, resumes, letters, and certificates from templates and download them as PDFs. Some features require an account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you generate and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or text you add.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security or usage limits of the Service.
- Do not create documents that impersonate others or misrepresent facts to deceive.
Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertising to remain free. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, slatePDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
